9. Credit Card Usage
(Applicable if the store accepts direct card payments to its own accounts)
If using EveryPay: Recognizing the importance of secure electronic payments, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (decision no. 280/3/23-7-2018, Government Gazette B 3010/25-7-2018). It securely processes card payment transaction data in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. EveryPay is certified under the PCI DSS standard and all services are conducted through secure 256-bit SSL connections. It also supports 3D Secure for VISA and MasterCard cards, requiring the payer to enter their personal secret code to complete the transaction.
If using Alpha Bank e-Commerce: All card payments are processed via Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” platform, using TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit SSL protocol. Encryption ensures that information is encoded until it reaches the designated recipient, who can decode it using the appropriate key.
10. Privacy Policy
The TheloSouvlakia.gr app requires user permission in order to initiate calls to listed stores.
11. Payment Methods
theloSouvlakia.gr is not involved in any store payment transactions made via telephone orders.
It may receive a commission (charged to the store only, not to users or orders) from stores that have entered into an agreement for per-order payments — whether by cash, bank transfer, or online payment.
a. Cash on Delivery You may pay in cash upon delivery to the location of your choice, directly to the store’s delivery staff.
If your order is valid, you will receive a confirmation from theloSouvlakia.gr once the store receives it — provided you have entered your email in the order form.
If no email is provided, theloSouvlakia.gr ensures the store receives and processes the order on time, assuming the contact details are correct, but no further notification will be sent to the user.
b. Credit Card Payment Card payment is available only for stores using the TheloSouvlakia online ordering platform on their site, and thus also on theloSouvlakia.gr.
Card payments are fully secure and credited immediately. Users are redirected to the secure server of the financial institution used by the store (EveryPay, Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank, or Viva Payments). Once card details are entered and approved, the transaction is completed and the store is notified.
If the order is valid and the card approved, you will receive confirmation from theloSouvlakia.gr — provided you have entered your email in the order form.
Additional Information
a) How secure is credit card payment? The process is fully secure.
For EveryPay transactions: EveryPay is licensed by the Bank of Greece and certified under PCI DSS. All services use 256-bit SSL encryption and support 3D Secure for VISA & MasterCard. The payer must enter their secret code to complete the transaction.
For other payment platforms (Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank, Viva Payments), users are redirected to the secure server of the respective financial institution.
b) What is the CVC / CVV field? It’s a three-digit code on the back of your credit card, used for added security. You’ll need to enter it to complete your transaction.

12. Refund Policy
If your order is not fulfilled and you paid by card, the refund will be issued by the store either via a new bank transaction or by canceling the digital deposit.
